About
Hi! I’m Erica - a writer, storyteller, and connector in Waterloo, Ontario.
I’ve always loved talking to strangers and find joy in connecting people and uncovering stories.
Today I help business owners write customer stories and case studies that shows the real impact of their work.
In my employer branding work, I help hiring teams go from generic “we’re hiring” posts to employee stories that attract ideal candidates.
Fun facts about me.
I lived in Ottawa for 10 years and yes, I skated to work on the canal.
In 2022, my husband and I left our Ottawa home and traveled for six months across Canada while working remotely.
My current fav hobby is West Coast Swing dance and line dancing. (shout-out Remix Swing!)
I love being surrounded by creative entrepreneurs building cool things.
For the last three years, I worked as Community Manager at Catalyst Commons, Canada’s largest privately-owned coworking space, leading events, member experience and community programs.
